1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Order Status: If your order is still in the "Processing" or "Pending" stage, you are eligible to cancel it.

2. How to Cancel an Order

We will attempt to cancel your order as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will guide you through our return process once you receive the item.


3. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it. However, you can return the item(s) after delivery by following our Return Policy. Any associated shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).


4. Cancellation Fees

  • No Fees Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
  • Fees After Shipment: If you refuse delivery or return the product after shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any associated fees, including handling costs.

5. Subscription-Based Orders

If your order is part of a subscription or recurring order, you may cancel future shipments at any time before the next order is processed. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid any charges.


6. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items, due to their nature, cannot be canceled once the order is placed. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable products or digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
